Tips:

How to make noodle sauce:
1. Wash half a purple onion, 1 tomato, and 4 garlic separately and cut into small cubes
2. Pour a little olive oil into the pot, heat it up, add the cut purple onion and minced garlic, stir fry over low heat to create a fragrance
3. Add tomatoes and continue to stir fry slowly
