Steak with Black Pepper Sauce

Cut the steak into pieces of similar thickness, beat back and forth with the back of a knife on both sides, then mix with shredded ginger, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, white pepper, and red wine to marinate for half an hour. (If you don’t have time, don’t pick it.

Peel the carrots and cut into circles.

Soak the rapeseed in salt water and wash it.

When marinating beef, boil water, add a little vegetable oil, add salt, add carrots and cook for one minute.

Add the rapeseed and blanch (about one minute), remove and drain for later use.

Pour vegetable oil into the pan to heat (slightly smoke), turn off the heat, and quickly add the steak and fry for about ten seconds (to lock the moisture in the beef)

Turn it over and cook on high heat for 30 seconds.

Tips:
When buying beef, tell the seller to make steaks, and they will choose more tender parts. Because we couldn't buy broccoli, we used rape instead.
