Steamed Argentine Red Shrimp with Garlic
1.
Argentine red prawns are thawed and cut off the legs of the prawns.
2.
Take a knife from the back to remove the shrimp string and shrimp intestines, clean and drain for later use.
3.
Mince garlic.
4.
Finely chop the red pepper.
5.
Pour oil in a hot pan, add garlic and stir fry until it is fragrant.
6.
Pour into a bowl, add the cooking wine, steamed fish soy sauce, and crushed red pepper and stir well.
7.
Use a spoon to fill the back of the red shrimp with garlic juice.
8.
Steam in a pot of boiling water for about 3-4 minutes. Adjust the steaming time appropriately according to the size of the shrimp.
9.
Serve out of the pot.
Tips:
Argentine red prawns are generally large in size, so the steaming time should be controlled well. If the time is too long, the prawns will not taste good when they grow old. When you open the back, you can cut deeper, and then easily cut a few horizontally on the abdomen to prevent the red shrimp from bending due to heat and affecting the shape.
