Steamed Baby Vegetables with Garlic Vermicelli

Chop the green onion, cut the dried red pepper into circles, and mince the garlic.

Wash baby cabbage to the old root and cut into small pieces lengthwise.

Pour a few drops of vegetable oil and a spoon of salt into a pot of boiling water, and boil the baby cabbage for 1 minute.

Take it out and put it on the plate.

Put soft soaked vermicelli on top. (The fans are soaked in advance)

Heat up a pan with cold oil, add half of the minced garlic and fry on low heat until the garlic turns yellow.

Pour into a bowl, add the other half of minced garlic, steamed fish soy sauce, light soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine, mix and stir evenly.

Pour the mixed sauce on the vermicelli, and steam it in a pot for about 10 minutes after the water is boiled.

Take out the chili rings and chopped green onion.

Heat a spoonful of oil in a pot and pour it on the chopped green onion and chili.
