Steamed Baby Vegetables with Garlic Vermicelli

1. Prepare the ingredients, without broth, just boil them directly.

2. The vermicelli is soaked in warm water and set aside

3. The baby dishes are divided into eight portions, washed and set aside

4. Put it in the broth or purified water and cook for 2-3 minutes, then stir-fry the baby vegetables.

5. Remove and serve, and cut with a larger plate or baby cabbage

6. Wash the fans and put them on top of baby dishes

7. Chop chili, ginger, garlic and set aside

8. Pour a small amount of cooking oil into the pot and heat it up

9. Add minced garlic and minced ginger and stir fry for a fragrance

Tips:

If there is no stock, use ordinary pure water to cook, remember to add a little salt.\nPut the millet pepper according to your own taste. It is ok if you don’t put it.\nThe steaming time depends on the ordinary steamer or the steamer you use.
