Steamed Bean Curd Drumsticks

1. Soak the cured chicken legs in water for 10 minutes, rinse, dry, remove the bones and cut into pieces.

2. Peel and slice potatoes into a bowl.

3. Cut dried tofu into strips and put on the potatoes, add green onions and ginger, and light soy sauce.
