This is also made when I first started to make food. The presentation is not very good, but the taste is not bad. The beef balls are made with lotus root and steamed to eat the original flavor.

Steamed Beef and Lotus Root Meatballs

1. Cut the beef into pieces, I added some fat pork and put it in the food processor.

2. Beat into meat.

3. The minced meat is poured out.

4. Prepare the lotus root.

5. Dice the lotus root.

6. Add lotus root to the meat filling, add cornstarch, cooking wine, salt, chicken essence, ginger onion, sesame oil, etc. and mix thoroughly.

7. Pinch the meatballs with your hands, put them on the plate, and steam them in the pot for 15 minutes.

8. Clamp out the tray.

Tips:

1. If you use pure beef, add some oil.
2. Use ginger garlic, cooking wine, chicken essence, etc. to adjust the filling, the taste is more delicious.
