Steamed Black Tiger Prawns with Enoki Mushroom and Garlic

1. Shrimp cut off the shrimp gun

2. Wash the enoki mushroom and cut into sections

3. Minced garlic

4. Chopped green onions

5. Put the cut enoki mushrooms in a bowl and sprinkle a little salt

6. Put the shrimps (remove the intestines and cut open)

7. Put the oil in the pot and saute the minced garlic

8. Sprinkle a little salt on the shrimp evenly

9. Put water in the pot and steam the shrimp over high heat (about 8-10 minutes)

10. Sprinkle with chopped green onion

11. Finished product

Tips:

Do not add water after sautéing the garlic (because the enoki mushroom will produce water after steaming), so just sprinkle some salt on the enoki mushroom and shrimp. The steaming time of shrimps can be adjusted according to the size of the fire of each company (usually the shrimps can be steamed for about 2 minutes after the color changes)
