Steamed Bun

To prepare the steamed buns, cut the steamed buns horizontally and vertically. Remember not to cut the steamed buns.

Chop the green onion, chopped bacon and set aside;

Chop the bacon and mozzarella into the cracks of the steamed buns;

Brush a layer of egg liquid on top of the steamed buns, and brush more for a better color.

Then sprinkle a layer of salt, sprinkle sesame seeds, and chopped green onion.

Preheat the oven at 200°C for 10 minutes, put it in, and bake for 10 minutes.
