Steamed Buns

Pour an appropriate amount of dry yeast powder into a small bowl, add an appropriate amount of warm water and mix well

Put an appropriate amount of flour in the bowl, hollow out the middle, add yeast water and stir to knead the dough

Knead out the dough and leave it for an hour

Put the dough on the table and knead for about ten minutes, knead into long strips and cut into sections

Add an appropriate amount of water to the steamed slices and brush some oil on the steamed slices. Put the steamed buns on the slices and cover the lid for half an hour of secondary fermentation.

Start steaming, boil on high heat, turn to medium heat and continue to steam for 15 minutes, turn off the heat and let it dry for one minute, then uncover the pot
