Wake up, cover the dough with moist gauze or plastic wrap. After covering it with the plastic wrap I used (the poor at home can't afford gauze ๐๐), let the dough take a nap.

You canโt sleep when the dough is sleeping. You have to prepare stuffing ๐ forgive me for my memory of arrears, (and forget that I didnโt take a photo) you can prepare whatever stuffing you like. When the filling is ready, you can check whether the dough is awake or not, and how to judge whether the dough is awake: The first method is to gently tap the dough with your hands to see if it is empty. The second method is to press the dough with your fingers to not stick your hands. The third is to cut the surface with a knife to see if there are many small holes in the middle of the dough, like honeycomb briquettes.
