Steamed Carrots

Rub the carrots into silk.

Add flour.

Mix well so that each carrot is covered with flour.

Put it in the steamer.

Steam on high heat for about 10 minutes, cook until soft, and let cool.

Add minced garlic, parsley, homemade shrimp oil and vinegar to a bowl of juice.

Just pour it on the carrot shreds.

Mix well and serve.
Tips:
1. Because I put a small amount of it in it, it tastes very fresh, so I didn't add salt any more, it tasted a bit sweet.
2. If you like spicy taste, you can also put some chili oil, pepper oil, in short, you like it.
