Steamed Catfish

1. Kill the catfish clean.

2. Cut into thin slices as shown in the picture, don't cut off the side connecting the belly.

3. Spread the fish inside and outside lightly with salt, sprinkle with wood flour, drizzle with oil, drizzle with beer, stir in green onion and ginger, and marinate for preparation.

4. After the water in the steamer boils, add the fish and steam it for about 7 minutes.
