I was going to make some dishes last week, take some nice photos and post the recipes.

As a result, I accidentally cut my fingers when cutting vegetables;

Food poisoning happened again a few days later;

Fortunately, it's fine. . .

After returning to my hometown, I felt that the time was even less than that in Shanghai

24 hours seemed to pass quickly;

I feel much busier in my hometown than in Shanghai. . .

This [steamed catfish in black bean sauce] is very good,

This [艉汁] can be used to steam other fish;

I believe adults and children like it very much. . . "

Steamed Catfish in Black Bean Sauce

1. After cleaning the catfish you bought, use a knife to scrape off the mucus from the catfish.

2. After the catfish is cleaned, cut into sections, mix the light soy sauce+sugar+pepper evenly; cut the chili, garlic, green onion and ginger into fine granules for later use.

3. Put 2 tablespoons of oil in the pot, and put the chopped peppers, garlic, green onions, and ginger into the pot.

4. Sauté on medium heat.

5. Saute the garlic ingredients and stir-fry for 30 seconds in the tempeh.

6. Pour in the mixed soy sauce.

7. After the sauce is boiled, turn off the heat and transfer it to a bowl.

8. Stir the fried steamed fish sauce into the catfish.

9. Mix evenly.

10. Then put the fish pieces on the plate and pour the rest of the sauce onto the fish pieces; drizzle with sesame oil.

11. Put an appropriate amount of water in the steamer to boil, put the fish in the heat and steam for 10 minutes.

12. After the fish is steamed, you can sprinkle some green onions and eat it while it is hot.
