Steamed Chicken Wings

Wash the chicken wings and make a double cut on it to taste

Marinate chicken wings with ginger and cooking wine for ten minutes to remove fishy

Pour out the steamed meat powder, I use the five-scented one!

Roll each piece of chicken wings evenly with a layer of steamed meat powder
5.
Pumpkin slices spread on the bottom of the bowl

Put the chicken wings on top and pour a few drops of cooking oil
7.
Steam over water for about 30 minutes
8.
Simply fork in with chopsticks to turn off the fire
