Steamed Chicken with Fungus

I only used half of the more chicken.

The cloud ears are fresh, washed and blanched.

After blanching, rinse with cold water, drain the water, add a little salt and stir well.

Cut the chicken into small pieces, add ginger shredded soy sauce starch and marinate for ten minutes.

After ten minutes, add cloud ears and stir evenly, and let stand for five minutes.

Put on a plate and steam for 15 minutes.
