Steamed Chicken with Lotus Leaf

Wash the drumsticks, chop them into pieces, and rinse off the blood.

Prepare the green onion

Add starch, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, bean paste, green onion, ginger and garlic to the chicken nuggets, mix well and marinate for one hour. (Oyster sauce and bean paste are both salty, so no salt is added)

Trim the lotus leaves to fit the size of the plate
