Steamed Chicken with Mushroom

Beaten egg whites into thick bubbles

Add sugar in 3 times and beat until the egg whites are lifted up, the head will hang down slightly

Stir the egg yolk + maple syrup evenly and turn into a light yellow

Add oil and water and mix well
5.
Divide into 2 times and mix well with egg whites
6.
Put it in the mold and bake at 180° for 40 minutes
7.
Immediately after taking it out, let it cool down and let it cool thoroughly before demoulding
