Steamed Clams with Garlic Vermicelli

Add salt and a drop of oil to the water, and the vermicelli will boil in blisters.

The razor clams are boiled in water.

The razor clams are sown, and the shells are placed on the plate.

Add garlic to the vermicelli, spread it on the bottom of the plate, put the shells on the razor clams, and put the belly of the razor clams down.
5.
Pour the minced garlic and some oil on it (you don't need to put the oil).
6.
Steam with boiling water for 4 minutes.
7.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion or minced green, red and yellow pepper, and just add hot oil.
