Norway is rich in cod and salmon. Today let’s take a look at how Norwegians eat cod. This method is very simple. It takes only ten minutes to make the stator for dinner. I have to admit that Western food is really simple, but the nutrition is really not at all.

Ingredients

Steamed Cod

1. Prepare the ingredients: cod, potatoes and carrots

2. Put some salt on the cod, squeeze some lemon juice, sprinkle some pepper and marinate for 10 minutes. You can put some bacon or sausage. It doesn't matter if you don't use ginger. The cod has no fishy smell.

Tips:

The meat of cod is very tender, so be sure not to steam it for a long time. If the fish is too thick, cut it from the middle.
