Steamed Cod and Vegetable Rice
1.
The ingredients are ready, these ingredients are replaceable, and the amount can be increased or decreased according to your needs.
2.
Cut potatoes into small cubes, carrots into small cubes (for babies under 1 year old, it is recommended to grind the carrots, and diced carrots are difficult to steam), mushrooms into small pieces, and cod fish into small pieces.
3.
Pour a little oil and fry the carrots.
4.
Stir-fry for 20 seconds, add diced potatoes and fry, add mushrooms and stir fry after the potatoes change color.
5.
Stir fry a few times and add the cod.
6.
Stir-fry the cod twice, add 2 tablespoons of water and add cooked rice to boil.
7.
The water is almost gone after boiling. If you add too much water, drain the water here before continuing.
8.
Put all in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and steam on medium-low heat for 20 minutes.
9.
It's out of the pot, it's especially soft, baby-only risotto that doesn't chew well!
10.
Take a close-up photo and see how soft it is. It doesn't seem to be able to tell, um, um, I only know if I eat it.
Tips:
Steam it again when it's done frying, so that the rice and vegetables are much softer. Big babies don’t need to steam anymore.
The thornless fish suitable for babies, except for the cod and salmon, which are well known, I dried a steamed turbot in the circle of friends last night, and wrote that it is really suitable for babies to eat, without thorns. Later, several people told me that opium fish, grouper, blackhead fish, cuttlefish, octopus, boss fish, and American red fish were all unstabbed. Some of them have not been bought yet. I will definitely try them next time I see them.
