Steamed Cod with Shiitake Mushrooms

Soak the shiitake mushrooms, wash and cut into slices, cut green onions, and shred ginger

Place the green onion and ginger on the steaming tray

Then put the washed cod on top of green onion and ginger

Put shiitake mushrooms on the cod, add cooking wine and steamed fish soy sauce

Tips:
1. Cod is generally cut into pieces and frozen. Choose the one with thin ice, round cod and thick meat.
