Steamed Codfish

Cut carrots and winter bamboo shoots into thin strips, and cut beauty pepper into sections.

After washing the cod, add cooking wine and salt to marinate for 5 minutes.

Put it in a pot and steam for 12 minutes.

Put oil in the pot, add shredded bamboo shoots, shredded carrots, and peppers, stir-fry, and put on top of the steamed fish.
