Steamed Crab with Golden and Silver Garlic Vermicelli

Prepare the raw materials, wash the sea crabs for later use, soak the vermicelli softly in warm water and remove

Remove the lid and set aside the sea crab. Cut garlic into minced garlic, cut red pepper into circles, and chopped green onion

Put the peanut oil into the pot, put half of the minced garlic, and fry it into golden garlic on low heat.

Let the golden garlic cool, add the other half of minced garlic and red pepper rings

Add 5 teaspoons of soy sauce, adjust into soy sauce, golden and silver garlic oil, set aside

Spread the soaked vermicelli all over the bottom of the plate, place the sea crabs with the lid removed on the vermicelli, and pour 1 spoon of gold and silver garlic soy sauce on each sea crab
