Steamed Crucian Carp
1.
Buy live fish, clean it up, make a few strokes on the fish, apply a small amount of thin salt, add a small amount of cooking wine, and marinate for 15 minutes.
2.
While marinating the fish, prepare the ingredients. Shred the ginger and green onions, and set aside.
3.
After the fish is marinated, stuff the green onions and ginger into the belly of the fish and the cut on the back of the fish. Put it in the microwave and steam for about 6 minutes. Chopsticks can be easily inserted into the fish, which means it is steamed.
4.
Finally, spread the shredded green onion on top of the steamed fish, drizzle it with hot oil, and add an appropriate amount of steamed fish soy sauce to start!
