Steamed Custard with Flax Seed Oil, Mixed Vegetables, Smoked Sausage and Toast

Ingredients: 1 slice of toast, 1 egg, 120 grams of milk, 45 grams of mixed vegetables, 30 grams of bacon sausage, 1 teaspoon of linseed oil, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, a little bit of crushed black pepper

Tips:
Vegetables and sausages can be adjusted as you like.
No toast can be used.
Linseed oil can be replaced with olive oil or sesame oil, or not.
