Steamed Dried Carrot Ribs with Satay Sauce

Prepare the ingredients: pork ribs, dried shredded radish, garlic, satay sauce.

Chop the ribs into small pieces, soak in clean water, drain the water, and marinate with cornstarch for preparation. Dried shredded radish soak in water until it grows thick and soft, and drain the water. Mince garlic.
