Steamed Dumplings

Shred the white radish, chop it, add some salt, mix well and marinate for later use

Add appropriate amount of minced ginger, chopped green onion, a small amount of minced pepper, sesame oil and light soy sauce to the minced meat and mix well

Add another egg and stir in one direction, finally add shredded radish and mix well

After the dumplings are wrapped, put them in a steamer and steam for about 20 minutes until they are fully cooked.
5.
Enjoy delicious!
Tips:
If the pickled radish contains too much water, you can squeeze it dry.
