Steamed Dumplings

Wash the leeks, dry, chop finely, add sesame oil, mix well and set aside

Use a cooking machine to mash the fish and pork into puree, add salt, light soy sauce, cooking wine, mix well, add water and stir in one direction for about 1-2 minutes until it becomes bounce and tendons

Add the mashed meat to the leeks and stir gently

Boil water in a large pot. After the water is boiled, put it in the pot and steam for 10 minutes.
Tips:
1 Cut the leeks and mix with sesame oil to prevent shrinkage;
2 Add water and whipped to make the fillings juicy;
3 Boil the water in a pot and steam it on high heat. The time should not be too long to prevent the black chives from affecting the appetite.
