When I was cleaning the refrigerator, I saw my friends drying their daughters. I couldn’t help but think of the Spanish mackerel dumplings that were so delicious at parties before, so I successfully solved the two packs of dragon fish in the refrigerator. V

Ingredients

1. Wash the leeks, dry, chop finely, add sesame oil, mix well and set aside

2. Use a cooking machine to mash the fish and pork into puree, add salt, light soy sauce, cooking wine, mix well, add water and stir in one direction for about 1-2 minutes until it becomes bounce and tendons

3. Add the mashed meat to the leeks and stir gently

5. Boil water in a large pot. After the water is boiled, put it in the pot and steam for 10 minutes.

Tips:

1 Cut the leeks and mix with sesame oil to prevent shrinkage;
2 Add water and whipped to make the fillings juicy;
3 Boil the water in a pot and steam it on high heat. The time should not be too long to prevent the black chives from affecting the appetite.
