This article is still one of my steamed dumpling series. Four colors of hot noodles make the steamed dumpling skin soft noodles. The stuffing is still made by mixing the carrot residue left over after squeezing the carrot juice with the pork stuffing. The filling can be adjusted and changed at will. This article only explains how to make plain hot noodles. For dough of other colors, please refer to my other corresponding steamed dumpling recipes, or you can have your own innovation. In short, they are all natural pigments, and there is no artificial color in it. "

1. Put the flour into the basin, gradually add a small amount of boiling water, do not add it all at once, according to the water absorption rate of the flour, use chopsticks to stir into a dough, into a dry powder, not too soft, but moderately hard

2. Let it cool for a while, put it on the table, if it’s too sticky, add some flour, knead it smoothly, pour 8 grams of oil, and continue kneading

3. After kneading into a smooth and moisturized dough, put it in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and use it after 30 minutes

5. When making 饧面, you can adjust the filling, and the filling can be changed at will

6. Take an appropriate amount of dough, knead it into a cylindrical shape, then cut into small pieces of the same size, and roll it into a round skin

7. Take a round crust and put stuffing in the middle

8. Fold it up and down, squeeze the middle first

12. Put it in the steamer, steam for about 15 minutes after the water is boiled, turn off the heat and simmer for one minute before uncovering
