Steamed Dumplings with Watermelon Skin and Seafood

Prepare half a Chinese cabbage

Half a watermelon rind,

Minced meat

The watermelon rind was peeled off the outer green layer and cut into small pieces. The facts on my picture proved that there were some large pieces in the blender. Later, I changed it and cut it with a knife.
