Steamed Eel with Sauerkraut
1.
Heat up the wok, put a proper amount of oil, put the ginger and bean drum into fragrant and turn off the heat, then add proper amount of steamed fish soy sauce, salt and monosodium glutamate to make a bowl of sauce
2.
Spread sauerkraut and eel on the bottom of the dish, and then spread the sauce evenly on the eel. The eel should be sliced like mine
3.
After the steamer is boiled on high heat, the eel will be cooked in 8 minutes and steamed, but I steamed it for 15 minutes, because I prefer to eat a little tenderer, so I need to adjust it according to my own taste.
4.
After the fish is steamed, heat up an appropriate amount of oil in another pot, add the garlic diced to fry until fragrant, and then pour it on the fish
5.

Tips:
If the garlic is fried too hot, it will be bitter, please pay attention to the heat
