Steamed Egg with Black Rice

Soak the black rice overnight in advance.

3 eggs, separated from egg white and yolk

Black rice, eggs, milk, whipped evenly.

Add sugar in three times and beat the egg whites.

Divide the egg whites three times and stir in the black rice paste.
