Steamed Egg with Clams

Boil the clams in boiling water for 2 minutes, put the ginger and cooking wine, take a suitable steaming bowl and place the hot clams on the bottom of the bowl.

Beat the eggs into a bowl, add salt and oil, beat them, and stir with warm water while beating.

Strain the egg liquid into the steaming bowl
