Steamed Egg with Clams and Loofah

Loofah peeled and washed

Dried clams soak up the sand

Loofah cutting hob

Spread the soaked dried clams

Remove the shell of the raw eggs, beat them, add water and mix well

Pour on top of loofah clams

Add some abalone sauce and chopped green onion

Put on the steamer, high heat for 5 minutes, simmer for 5 minutes
