Steamed Egg with Lily Minced Pork

Ingredients.

Finely chop the fresh lily and blanch it in water. Drain it and let it dry. Blanch it for about 20 seconds.

Put the lily in a bowl, mince the pork belly, add the egg and knead in, add salt, chicken powder, sesame oil, and pepper, mix well. (You can add more pepper)

Mix well and pour it into a dish, or use a small container to hold it.

Steam in a pot after the water is boiled.

Steam on high heat for at least 8 minutes to get into the pot.
7.
Behind the pot is decorated with coriander.
