Steamed Egg with Minced Meat

Beat the eggs, pour in an appropriate amount of warm water, add a little salt, and stir evenly. Cover with plastic wrap, and pierce a few small holes on it. Bring to a boil and steam for 15 minutes.

Use cornstarch, salt, light soy sauce, eggs, and salt for minced meat. Stir in one direction with chopsticks and set aside.

Heat the frying pan, pour in corn oil, sauté the minced meat and set aside.
