Steamed Egg with Pork Floss
1.
An egg was beaten in a bowl.
2.
Add a little salt, add warm water equal to one egg, and stir while adding warm water.
3.
After stirring evenly, filter it again with a sieve to filter out impurities and places that are easy to agglomerate.
4.
If there are small bubbles after filtering, use a spoon to gently remove them.
5.
Pour it into your favorite container, cover it with plastic wrap, bring the water to the boil, and steam for about seven minutes.
6.
Add a little pork floss, chives, and a few drops of sesame oil after being out of the pan, and stir well when eating.
Tips:
The amount of warm water and the amount of eggs are one to one, and the temperature of the water does not feel hot.
