Steamed Egg with Scallops

Ingredients: scallops, eggs, chives, ginger slices

Soak the scallops in warm water for 2 hours, add 1 teaspoon of cooking wine, two or three slices of ginger, and steam for 20 minutes in a steamer. Take out and let cool.

Beat the eggs into a bowl, and add the water for steamed scallops (the steamed scallops are not enough water, then add clear water, the ratio of egg to water is about 1:2)

Sieve the beaten egg liquid and pour it into a bowl.

Put it in the steamer, (you can cover the lid or wrap it with high-temperature plastic wrap)

When steaming the egg mixture, crush the processed scallops into silk.

Steam the pot on the steam for about 7-8 minutes until the egg is slightly solidified, and then lay the torn scallops on the surface.

Continue to steam for seven or eight minutes. Sprinkle the chopped green onion when it is about to be out of the pot. Take care to burn your hands when taking it out. Put light soy sauce and sesame oil on it and serve
