Steamed Egg with Shrimp

Ingredients: a few fresh sea prawns and one egg. Seasoning: sesame oil, salt, chicken powder

Beat the eggs, add water (ratio 1:1), add salt and chicken powder, stir well, and skim the foam

Boil water on a large fire, steam the egg liquid in a basket, cover the surface with a lid, and turn the firepower to medium-to-small fire.
