Steamed Egg with Shrimp Skin

For two eggs, add two and a half eggshells in water.

Sieve twice.

Pour slowly from the side of the bowl into the bowl.

Cover with plastic wrap and use a toothpick to jack.

Put it in a steamer, do not cover too tightly, and steam on a medium-to-small heat.

Steam until the surface is solidified, take out the shrimp skins, continue steaming for about 20 minutes, and pour some light soy sauce sesame oil out of the pot.
