Steamed Egg with Soft Tofu

Mince the shallots and put them in the minced meat, add ginger slices.

Add a teaspoon of oil, soy sauce, and salt. Stir well and marinate for 10 minutes.

Slice the soft tofu and put it on the plate. (It is best to choose a deep plate to prevent too much water from the tofu.)

Take out the ginger slices from the marinated minced meat and put the minced meat on both sides of tofu.

Beat in the quail eggs.

Put it in a pot and steam for 15 minutes.

After steaming, take it out and discard the excess water.
