Steamed Eggplant

200g eggplant, cut into strips, mince coriander, mince garlic, mince chili

Prepare a small bowl, pour in chopped coriander, chopped garlic, light soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, chili, and stir well

Put the eggplant strips in a steamer over water and steam for 10 minutes on high heat
