Steamed Eggplant Strips with Shrimp Skin

Wash the eggplant and cut into strips; wash the shrimp skin and drain the water.

Put the eggplant in a dish, and top with minced garlic and shrimp skin.

Steam over water for 10 minutes.

Use appropriate amount of i oyster sauce, shrimp paste, water, cornstarch to make a gorgon sauce and pour it on the eggplant.
