Steamed Eggplant Strips with Shrimp Skin

1. Wash the eggplant and cut into strips; wash the shrimp skin and drain the water.

2. Put the eggplant in a dish, and top with minced garlic and shrimp skin.

3. Steam over water for 10 minutes.

4. Use appropriate amount of i oyster sauce, shrimp paste, water, cornstarch to make a gorgon sauce and pour it on the eggplant.
