Steamed Eggs

Beat 2 eggs into a bowl.

Beat the eggs and set aside.

Slowly add warm water, stirring while adding water.

Use a filter to filter out the foam, and pass it twice, the egg is smooth and tender.

The water in the pot is boiled, pour it into a small bowl and put it in the steamer, turn off the heat for 8 minutes and eat it (forgot to cover with plastic wrap).

When time is up, turn off the heat, drizzle with sesame oil, light soy sauce, sprinkle with chopped green onion and eat. (Without the plastic wrap, the water is a little too much, it will not affect the food, and the pictures will be unsightly).
7.
The steamed eggs are smooth and tender.
