Steamed Eggs

Knock an egg into a larger pot

Add 2 times the weight of water to break up
3.
Then filter two layers of gauze twice
4.
Then put it on the steaming rack of the rice cooker
5.
Cover with tin foil and steam for 10 minutes after SAIC
6.
Then sprinkle on a handful of shrimp skins, continue to steam for 5 minutes, and remember to pour a spoonful of soy sauce when you come out!
