Steamed Eggs with Clam Meat in Fish Soup

1. Beaten eggs

2. Standard mullet soup

3. Wash clam meat

4. Put the fish soup into the egg liquid and add some salt to beat well

5. Put it in a steamer and steam for about ten minutes. The surface of the egg liquid is solidified.

6. Add the clam meat and continue steaming for about 10 minutes

7. Sprinkle chopped green onion before serving
