Steamed Enoki Mushrooms with Garlic

Cut off the roots of Flammulina velutipes, wash and drain, and place in a plate.

Chop garlic and millet pepper.
3.
Spread the chopped garlic and millet pepper on top of the enoki mushrooms.

Add water to the pot and boil over high heat. Add enoki mushrooms and steam for 8-10 minutes.
5.
Pour out the excess soup from the steamed enoki mushrooms and pour in the soy sauce.
6.
Start a pot on a high fire to burn the cooking oil until it smokes, and pour the hot oil on top of the enoki mushrooms while it is hot.
7.
Serve it and enjoy it quickly.
