Steamed Fennel

Wash the fennel and set aside in flour.

The fennel is dried and cut into sections and placed on a sieve.

Sprinkle the flour in batches and mix gently with your hands while sprinkling.

Sprinkle the flour 3-4 times evenly on the fennel.

Boil the water in the steamer, place the fennel on the dry tray, spread the fennel on the tray, and steam for 3 minutes, turn off the heat, and take it out.
6.
Sprinkle the fennel with chopped garlic, chopped green onions, chili noodles, and pepper oil, pour in hot and mix well.
