Steamed Fish

Wash the fish first to remove the internal organs, then cut the fish on the second side with a knife cross-shaped, and then evenly spread the fish on the second side with a little salt, put the chopped green onion and ginger into the fish maw and marinate for 10 minutes.

Boil the steamer with water while marinating the fish

When the water boils, put the marinated fish on a pan, sprinkle the scallion and ginger on the front and back of the fish when serving, and then steam for 10 minutes. When it comes out of the pan, the flavors are heavy and you can put a little light soy sauce, and the delicious steamed fish is served.
